The pressure I've put on myself

The only pressure I'm under is the pressure I've put on myself”.

Some time presence of some one pressurise us. The way an individual counter the pressure depends upon the calibre of the individual. Sometime this pressure helps us concentrate and achieve what we want as rightly said “A diamond is a chunk of coal that is made good under pressure”, however often; this pressure results adversely. I feel we can do something perfectly if we concentrate in totality. One thing at a time, thinking of something else, like anticipating results and thinking about the consequences deters you from focusing over something which you are doing and thus prevents you from reaching your aim.

I was playing lawn tennis this evening, could not do well as per my expectation.
Today I was not sleepy in class, as slept early last night. I could not continue with my diet today, had lots of food, comparatively. But I am sure from tomorrow I am going to control my self.

Today I read this poem, I rally like the style of shakespear, specially last two lines, and it means so much!! I feel the same for my love!!

William Shakespeare (1564–1616

When, in disgrace with fortune and men's eyes,
I all alone beweep my outcast state,
And trouble deaf heaven with my bootless cries,
And look upon myself, and curse my fate,
Wishing me like to one more rich in hope,
Featured like him, like him with friends possessed,
Desiring this man's art and that man's scope,
With what I most enjoy contented least;
Yet in these thoughts myself almost despising,
Haply I think on thee—and then my state,
Like to the lark at break of day arisingFrom sullen earth,
sings hymns at heaven's gate;

And now read the last two lines…. it is amazing!!!

For thy sweet love rememb'red such wealth brings
that then I scorn to change my state with kings.
